Using various production techniques, Engels can design and manufacture customer-specific bins for medium-sized series (250 units). Common production techniques for these bins include injection moulding and/or rotational moulding.

We collaborate with you to develop the desired bin that meets your specifications. If you need a bin that is not in our range and optimally tailored to your processes, we can develop it for you. The requirements and preferences for the bin are identified, and our engineers create a design based on sketches. This design is discussed with you and, if necessary, further optimised. If desired, we can also produce a 3D-printed prototype to give a clear impression of the bin. After your approval, we develop the injection mould and produce the required number of bins in your preferred colour, complete with your logo.
By modifying the mould, we can deliver customised products. Quantities that justify replacing an entire mould component typically exceed 5,000 pieces.
