Hygiene heavy-duty pallet boxes have no cavities, a minimum of reinforcement ribs and no places where dust, dirt or bacteria can remain behind. The walls have a smooth surface, specially shaped and designed to protect the contents. Easy to clean, high water drainage for optimum hygiene and cleanliness. When folded, these pallet boxes form a tight and smooth package, where no water on remains.

Maximum efficiency thanks to the design (ratio volume/external size). Completely safe to stack independently thanks to the specific placement of the legs / skids and basic locking system, both in folded and unfolded position, the Smartbox offers maximum stability during handling, transport and stacking.
Due to their high load capacity, Smartboxes are also excellent for storage and transport of individual parts in the supply industry. In combination with interiors or product carriers, we have been able to make optimized transport units for various customers.
Fully recyclable
The pallet box is produced in high-density polyethylene (PE-HD), has no metal inserts at all and is 100% recyclable. If any part is broken, it can be easily replaced, without special tools, with a full set of spare parts.
Optimized storage and transport
Folding the sides of the pallet box when empty saves space during storage and transport, reducing the volume by a factor of 1:2 to 1:3, depending on the height of the pallet box.
Compatible with non-collapsible pallet boxes
Smartboxes can be used interchangeably with almost all non-foldable pallet boxes with the same base size. They are also comparable to one-piece pallet boxes in terms of life expectancy. Moreover, damaged parts (for example collision damage caused by forklift trucks) can be easily replaced without the use of tools.
We also supply all the service and accessories that you know from us in the field of one-piece pallet boxes with our Smartbox series. We print them with your name, repair them if necessary and keep parts in stock for this. We also weld one long pallet box from two pieces, for example for bumpers, windshield wipers or TL tubes.
