product(s)It is not always useful to return used pallets. This is, for example, the case if the distance is too great. In such cases, the sender opts for cheap and reliable pallets. Export pallets are usually nestable, for cheap transport and compact storage, yet strong enough for normal loading.
Nestable, light and strong
Most export pallets are made of cheap recycled PO plastic. PO is a harder and heavier material that requires greater wall thicknesses. We make cheap, but less light one-way pallets from it.
Weight plays the most important role in air transport. Here we recommend light pallets from "HDPE-Recycle". Suitable due to smaller wall thicknesses and a lower weight per pallet.
Advantages of export pallets:
- the nestability of the pallets reduces transport and storage costs.
- from the packaging of the goods until their arrival at the recipient, the goods must not be repackaged.
- plastic pallets do not fall under the ISPM 15 standard that applies to wooden pallets.

Export pallets on skids
Do you want to place them on top of each other when loaded, or use them on roller conveyors? We then deliver them on sleds, which can easily be clicked underneath. Our export pallets can be fitted with skids so that they can be used in racks.
