Our assembly department specializes in product adaptation. We can equip pallet boxes with lids with hinges and locks, made-to-measure dividers, we can weld them together to create taller or longer pallet boxes and we can equip them with removable side walls, for example. And in addition we have a whole range of accessories for our boxes.
Pallet box liners
Food resistant polypropylene liners that keep your pallet box clean and keep liquid or small parts in their place.
Pallet box lids
In general, lids for pallet boxes are suitable for all pallet boxes. Different brands can therefore be used interchangeably. (There are some exceptions. Consult us when in doubt.) The 1200x1000 and 1200x800 mm lid can be provided with a rubber seal to make the box more airtight. For 1200x800 mm pallet boxes we also offer a completely smooth cover suitable for use in clean rooms.
Drain valve, tap and plug
All pallet boxes can be equipped with a tap, a drain valve or a plug. For this, the boxes have a predisposition of ø1 or ø2 inch on the long or short side.
Pallet box skids
For all our pallet boxes (with the exception of the one-piece pallet box), we have the skids as spare parts available from stock or on request with a short delay for restocking.
Locks, closures and hinges
For the manufacture of lockable pallet boxes we have our own hinges and several closing systems: padlockable, with triangular key or with straps. Our hinges consist of 2 parts. Thus the lid equipped with our hinges closes well, but also remains removable.
