Our range E-line and Classic plastic bins offer a high-quality plastic bin with various optional accessories such as lids, compartments and labeling in a price range under the RAKO series. The Classic bins are suitable for industry, DIY and storage and transportation. Classic industrial transport and storage bins are extra strong due to the reinforced ribs in the side wall and suitable for open contact with food.
The wide range of especially low plastic containers with closed or perforated walls makes them very popular with catering companies, patisseries and chocolate shops for the phase between production and packaging. The often small, vulnerable products can be transported efficiently and protected in the low plastic containers.
Various bottom and wall variations
We keep two bottom sizes in stock: 400x300 and 600x400 mm in different heights, with closed or perforated walls and bottom. (Combinations such as one wall closed and three perforated are also possible, so that the closed wall can be used for an imprint of your logo or other markings).
Different bottom variants are possible:
- Standard smooth bottom (type 4); all plastic containers with bottom dimensions 400x300 mm and 600x400 mm up to 240 mm high
- Brick stackable reinforced bottom (type 3); plastic containers with bottom dimensions 600x400 mm from 240 mm to 350 mm high
- Reinforced bottom (type 2b); art.no. E6441 and E6445
- Reinforced bottom (type 2); art.no. E 6445-2G
- Other bottom types are available on request
Divisers with compartments for fast and effective protection
Dividers with compartments ensure optimal and clear transport. For the Claassic boxes with a bottom size of 600 x 400 mm, we supply dividers with compartments for various types of glasses and crockery.
You can choose from a series of 3 fixed dividers, for 15, 24 or 40 compartments. For stable transport, the bottom divider rests on the bottom and the top divider is clicked into the handles of the container. Insert boxes and dividers also fit perfectly in the Euro standard Classic boxes. Insert boxes are widely used for the different types of cutlery. With a purchase of 10 pieces or more, we make your ideal custom division.
Prevent overload and save time with matching Euro standard transport rollers. With a transport roller, you can effortlessly drive a stack of Classic boxes with plates, cutlery, glasses and food to your car and to its destination without extra handling. Before the start, you can also arrange the bin on a transport roller with a specific color, so that you can see at a glance which products or customer are involved.
