Meat crates are standardized crates for the meat processing industry, called "E" crates and can be used between temperatures from -30ºC to +60ºC. Standard meat crates comply with the latest EHI and DIN 55 423 standards and have a smooth surface making them well-suited on rollers. The meat bins are easy to stack because the upper edge is conductive.
In addition to the standard E2 crate, Engels also supplies a stack-nestable variant and updates its range when developing new (standard) products, such as the E-Performance crate.
Standard Euro meat crates are easy to stack because the top edge has a conductive effect. The open walls and handles guarantee good air circulation. Any water or condensation does not remain on the edge.
Stackable / nestable meat crates offer the same benefits as the standardized pool "E" bins and can be used in conjunction with the pool bins. The straight inner walls prevent content from being surrendered.
E-performance Euro meat crates are made of light blue polyethylene, with an exactly specified color. This virtually excludes the undesired use of non-virgin (not guaranteed food-grade) plastic.
