The holiday season is approaching, and at Engels Protechnic Ltd we use this period to prepare our processes and planning for the new year.

Therefore, no deliveries will take place from 19 December 2025 to 2 January 2026.

Orders placed during this period will be taken into process again from 5 January 2026.

We advise you to place orders on time if delivery is required before 19 December.

1. Why does Engels Protechnic Ltd temporarily pause deliveries during the holiday period?

Engels Protechnic Ltd uses the holiday period to prepare internal processes, stock management and planning for the upcoming year. By temporarily suspending deliveries, we prevent delays and inconsistencies in the logistics chain and create the space needed to start the new year in a structured manner.

At the same time, many partners within the logistics chain operate with limited capacity and adjusted opening hours. The temporary pause therefore contributes to reliability, ensuring that we can resume deliveries consistently after 2 January.

2. On which dates will no deliveries take place?

No deliveries will take place between 19 December 2025 and 2 January 2026. During this period, no transports are scheduled and no shipments are dispatched by Engels Protechnic Ltd.

This time is intentionally used to restructure stock and prepare internal processes for the new year.

3. What happens to orders placed between 19 December 2025 and 2 January 2026?

Orders placed during this period are registered but are not processed for delivery. From 5 January 2026, our team will resume processing these orders.

The delivery date you receive will depend on product availability and planning capacity. A short restart period may occur in the first weeks of January.

4. What is the latest order date to guarantee delivery before 19 December 2025?

To guarantee delivery before 19 December, we advise placing your order no later than 16 December 2025. This provides sufficient time for order processing and transport planning.

For larger volumes or project-based deliveries, it is recommended to place your order earlier so that we can schedule it correctly.

5. When will regular delivery and order processing resume?

From 5 January 2026, orders will once again be actively processed. Deliveries will resume shortly after 2 January, depending on the transport schedule and order volumes.

In the first weeks of January, a short restart period may occur as postponed and new orders are combined in the planning.
