Transport bins made from corrugated plastic
Corrugated plastic is even suitable for the manufacture of large bins, especially if they need to be easy to lift. Using corner pieces and profiles, we create large, strong, and easily stackable transport bins to your specifications. We keep corner profiles, edges, and handles in stock. We cut and crease corrugated plastic. Using ultrasonic welding, we produce transport bins for light goods, capable of bearing up to approximately 200 kilograms when stacked. The maximum dimensions are limited by the available sheet material, with lengths up to 1500 mm.
Custom Bins from Aircell Sheet Material
Aircell sheet material can bear much heavier loads than corrugated plastic due to the internal honeycomb structure of these sandwich panels. Creating bend lines requires special machines. The high rigidity of this material makes it ideal for constructing pallet sidewalls. With a thickness of 15 mm, such walls can bear loads of up to 2 tonnes. Aircell sheets are rigid enough to construct sidewalls with open fronts as well.
